Do I get the best price when booking direct?
Yes. Booking directly with LB Holiday Homes gives you our best available price for your stay.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is due when you make your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.
Is there a security deposit?
A €500 pre-authorisation is placed on the day of arrival and released five days after departure, subject to the terms of your stay.
Is city tax included in the price?
City tax is added to the booking total at €1.80 per person, per night.

What is included in my stay?
Your booking includes the holiday home and the amenities listed on the relevant property page. Both homes provide bed linen, towel sets, Wi-Fi and included parking.
Do I need to bring bed linen?
No. Bed linen is provided for your stay.
Do I need to bring towels?
No. Towel sets are provided for your stay.
How do I check in?
Check-in is via a lockbox. We will share the access details before your arrival.
What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, except on Sundays, when check-out is until 3:00 PM.
Can I check out later on Sunday?
Yes. On Sundays, check-out is until 3:00 PM.
Cancellation And House Rules
Please read these points before confirming your stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
The following portion of paid prepayments is refundable, depending on when you cancel:
- 30 days or more before arrival: 100% refundable
- 21 days or more before arrival: 75% refundable
- 14 days or more before arrival: 50% refundable
- Less than 14 days before arrival: non-refundable
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children are welcome at both Le Châtelet and The Little Rock.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed at either property.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not allowed inside either property.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. Both homes are designed for relaxed, respectful stays. Parties and events are not permitted. This includes excessive noise, all-night gatherings, and alcohol or drug use that compromises the safety, comfort or peace of the property.
